O Z Collaborative, formerly Olaya Studio, worked directly with Brandywine Realty Trust to renovate the building at 2104-06 Market Street. This adaptive reuse project transformed a deteriorating warehouse building into a contemporary loft office building. The architects expressed the materials of the building by leaving them exposed and natural. New stairs and elevators were added to the building as well as larger windows, roof and recycled wood flooring.
