We supported the lead architect, ZGF Architects, for the design and development of this 15-story, 355,700-square-foot building containing offices, labs, and maker spaces for dot-coms, tech, and bio-tech ventures, and other enterprises, extending the University City Science Center’s campus westward to 38th Street. O Z Collaborative (formerly Olaya Studio) was responsible for the design and documentation of various components of the project, including building core/restrooms, the loading dock, and stair towers; carrying out code analysis; preparing LEED Gold documentation and certification; and carrying out construction administration.
