The Enterprise Center selected us to develop a conceptual design for a new 100,000 SF office and retail building across from the 46th Street SEPTA station and the newly located headquarters of the Philadelphia Police Department in West Philadelphia. This new transit oriented development concept was known as The Plaza at Enterprise Heights. The concept considered potential for a ground level plaza and Market Place with local food and retail vendors, and three floors of office space above.
