O Z Collaborative (formerly Olaya Studio) was responsible for design, construction documents, and construction administration at Presidential City, a private residential development in Philadelphia. Presidential City, developed by Post Brothers, is a complex of four hi-rise buildings. OZC was responsible for design and detailing of the interior fit-out of three towers, and design and detailing of the exterior envelope of all four towers.
