The industrial-modern brick and glass facade, on this contextual infill construction is designed to be catalyst towards the revitalization of historic 52nd Street commercial corridor within the West Philadelphia neighborhood.  Prior to the start of construction, the remaining portions of an abandoned structure with adjacent party wall buildings on both sides was demolished from the site. The new building consists of 3-stories plus basement. The first floor serves as satellite offices for The Enterprise Center to serve the commercial corridor and the second and third floors contain residential apartments.
