The City of Philadelphia’s initiative, Rebuild, selected O Z Collaborative to provide full architectural services for the renovations of the Heitzman Recreation Center in the Harrowgate neighborhood. The existing 8,450 SF, one-story structure has undergone a series of modifications over the years that have limited the functionality of the building and the various spaces. Our design team, in conjunction with the Project User, Impact Services/Rodriguez Consulting, is providing a full range of services, including community engagement services, through SD, DD, CD design services, and construction administration services.
