Community Center
Philadelphia, PA
The Philadelphia Housing Authority Selected O Z Collaborative to provide full architectural services for the renovations of the 1973 built Hartranft Community Center and adjacent natatorium. The existing 12,000 SF multi-level structure had been abandoned during the pandemic and left to disrepair and vandalism. The project included a full range of services including HVAC/Plumbing full replacement, new ADA compliant restrooms and entrances, new finishes throughout the interior spaces, new windows, and new LED lighting. The Community Center will host a range of programs for the surrounding neighborhood in its newly renovated multipurpose rooms, classrooms, daycares, and indoor 25 meter swimming pool.
